SOLD OUT. But wait – there’s more!

We are ALL OUT of the *Teenage Waistline* 7″ lathe-cut from *Positive No*.

That’s right, we sold out before the release date.

You can still get the recording in one of three ways:

New Gotobeds Track Featuring Tracy Wilson

Tracy Wilson of “Positive No”:http://dromedary-records.com/artists/positive-no provides guest vocals on this excellent new track from Pittsburgh’s The Gotobeds. We’ve been fans of this band since their excellent “New York’s Alright” single a few years back, and were jazzed to learn that Tracy would be contributing vocals to their new single, “Twin Cities.”

Check out the video, and get ready for the Positive No single, out next month.

Coming Soon – Positive No!

We’re thrilled to announce the next installment in our lathe-cut project: a brand-new single from Richmond, VA’s awesome “Positive No”:https://www.facebook.com/PositiveNo!

We first heard Positive No when a mutual friend pointed out their music a few years ago. Then, the band drove all the way up from Richmond, Va to perform at a benefit for our radio program on WFDU! Since then, we’ve been huge fans!

On May 24 we’ll be releasing a brand-new single from the band. It’ll be available on all digital formats, and we’ll also be releasing it as a super-limited lathe-cut picture disc!

Until then, whet your appetite with the band’s most recent single (which will also be available as the B-side of our lathe-cut), “Thanksgiving”

Favorite Records of 2018

2018 was a beast of a year for music; I don’t recall a recent year when I enjoyed more new music. I am a listmaker and I do a “favorites” list at the end of every year, but I put it on Facebook where only people I’m connected with can read it.

I’m on a big “music media is driven by publicists and small bands don’t have access” kick lately, though, and as a result I think that – even though some of the records I heard and loved this year probably reached my ears due to those very same publicists – it’s worth listing my faves in a place where people can actually read them.
